Ich bin bereits aus meiner WG ausgezogen und lebe nun mit meinem Freund zusammen. Da die Kündigungsfrist erst zum 1.7. greift suche ich nun einen Zwischenmieter, der vielleicht selbst nur kurz in Darmstadt bleibt oder auf Wohnungs- bzw. Zimmersuche ist.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, Küche und ein Tageslichtbad. In der Küche ist alles, was man so braucht vorhanden.
Da ich meine Sachen zum 20.5. aus der Wohnung hole ist das Zimmer unmöbliert, ab 1.6. könnte ich aber eventuell eine Schlafmatte etc zur Verfügung stellen. Besichtigungstermine muss ich mit meinem ehemaligen Mitbewohner absprechen, generell gilt aber, wer zu erst kommt, mahlt zuerst. :)
