Wir suchen ab dem 01.08.2014 einen entspannten,offenen Menschen (weiblich oder männlich), der zu uns passt.
In unserer WG wird ein 18qm großes Zimmer mit zusätzlicher Hochebene frei Das Altbau-Zimmer ist groß und hell mit Parkettboden. Eventuell können nach Absprache einzelne Möbelstücke übernommen werden.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Super-Lage, nahe am Herrngarten im Johannesviertel. Wir haben einen Garten inklusive Grillplatz zur Verfügung, viel Platz in der Küche und einen wunderbaren Balkon zum chillen :)
Keine Gehminute entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und der Willy-Brandt Platz ist auch nicht weit. In der näheren Umgebung sind kleinere Läden sowie ein Bäcker. Supermärkte lassen sich auch zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Lage ist also optimal :)
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe. Studentin, Ergotherapeut und Referendarin. Wir sind alle relativ viel unterwegs, treffen uns aber gerne mal zu einem Plausch in der Küche und im Sommer bestimmt auch zu einem Drink in der Abendsonne auf dem Balkon.
