Hallo,
aufgrund der Semesterferien stehen zwei sehr schöne Zimmer, die als eines zusammen vermietet werden, für August und September zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, eines ist als Arbeitszimmer, das andere als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist super zentral, 2 min. Fußweg zum Luisenplatz.
Die Wg ist sehr gepflegt und eher nicht auf wilde Parties aus. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und ein gemütliches Zusammensein ist auf jeden Fall möglich, aber nicht verpflichtend.
Die Mitbewohner sind nett und kommunikativ.
Rauchen und Haustiere nicht erwünscht.
Die Gesamtmiete pro Monat beträgt dann mit allem drum und dran 300 Euro.
Schnelles Internet und alles was man sonst braucht ist vorhanden.

Hello english speaking people,
you have the opportunity to rent two rooms as a "Zwischenmiete". I am out for vacations during the Semester break in August and September.
One is a living room, the other one is used for studying/working. The total size is of 24 m^2 for both rooms.
The Wg is very neat and not up for wild and destructive parties. Anyway the atmosphere is quite relaxed and you can always gather and hang out with the relaxed and communicative flatmates, but you don't have to.
The flat is equipped with everything you need and located only 2 minutes from Luisenplatz.
The total rent per month is 300 Euros and absolutely worth it.
