Die Wohnung liegt in der Tiefparterre (nicht schön ausgedrückt: im Keller, aber sehr hell) und ist insgesamt 51qm groß, aufgeteilt auf 2 Zimmer (10qm und 12qm), eine geräumige Küche, Diele/"Wohnzimmer" und ein Bad.
Fauler kann man hier nicht werden! ;) Ein Rewe, Aldi und ein DM in 1-2 min Gehminuten. Die Gegend ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, Autos fahren die Straße selten vorbei.
Es ist hier leider nicht viel los, dafür braucht man aber auch nur 10min zum Lui mit der Bahn, zur Lichtwiese ca 15-20min.
Am besten kommt ihr bei Intresse einfach mal vorbei und dann lernt man sich kennen.
Damits hier aber nicht so kark aussieht: Ich bin 21 und studier in Darmstadt Chemie, ohh Schreck, aber mir machts Spaß :). Bin umgänglich und offen und das würde ich mir auch von meinem neuen Mitbewohner wünschen.
Am liebsten wäre mir, dass du auch studierst.
