Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, Südseite zum Innenhof, Dachschräge. Zugang zum Bad durch die Küche. Zimmer vor drei Jahren renoviert, wenig genutzt seit 2014, da Zweitwohnung. Boden: Laminat. Teilmöbliert: Bett 140x200cm mit Matratze (4 J. alt), Regal, s. Bilder. Keller vorhanden, am Haus Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit.
Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer, einen großen Flur, insgesamt ca. 78 qm. In der Küche gibt es keine Essmöglichkeit, deshalb gemeinsame Nutzung des Wohnzimmers mit Esstisch.
Ich vermiete zunächst befristet, da ich aktuell nicht weiß, wie das Zimmer ab Frühjahr 2019 genutzt wird.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind Studenten der TU. Ein Mitbewohner wird Ende März ausziehen.
Das Martinsviertel liegt im Norden Darmstadts, die Wohnung an einer befahrenen Allee (Rhönring). 5 Fussminuten entfernt liegt der Bürgerpark mit Sportmöglichkeiten, z. B. Schwimmbad, Eishalle, Tennis, Fußball. Zur Innenstadt 15 Fussminuten, viele Freizeit- und Einkaufsgelegenheiten, lebendiges junges Viertel.
