Hallo zusammen,
Die WG ist insgesamt ca. 90 qm groß und hat zwei Bäder jeweils mit Dusche. Es gibt eine separate Toilette. Neben dem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche gibt es noch eine Terrasse. Alle drei Zimmer sind 16 qm groß und jeweils mit Anschluß für Telefon, DSL und Fernseher. Im angegebenen Mietpreis ist das Internet bereits enthalten.
Das Wohnheim liegt 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Luisenplatz entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Gehminuten vor der Haustür, Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt und in 15 Minuten an der Lichtwiese. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 Minuten um die Ecke: Aldi, Lidl, Real mit Getränkemarkt oder REWE. Bäcker, Apotheke und Ärzte befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Du kannst aber auch günstig einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mieten.
In der WG wohnen zurzeit ich (Sokrates: 27J, E-Technik Student) und Daniela (21J, angehende Studentin).
