Servus hiermit bieten wir das am 01.03.2015 frei werdende 15m² Zimmer in unserer 80m² Wohnung im 2.OG an.
Die Wohnung ist in einem 5-Parteienhaus, in dem ausschließlich Studenten wohnen.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster, die zum Hinterhof gerichtet sind. Nahezu quadratisch geschnitten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses (Apotheke und Kieferorthopäde im Haus) in der Darmstädter Innenstadt. Luisencenter (REWE) und Luisenplatz liegen direkt vor der Tür. Uni-Stadtmitte in 2min zu Fuß, TU Lichtwiese in 15min mit Bus oder Bahn und FH in 5min mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Man kann sein Auto nicht abstellen, braucht man aber auch nicht, da man alles in unmittelbarer Nähe hat.
Erstmal keine Zweckwg!
Wir sind 2 offene, nette, entspannte Studenten. Bei der Wohnungsbesichtigung werdet ihr uns kennenlernen.
Im Hinterhof gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten fürs Fahrrad.
Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit allen Utensilien. Es wird nichts mehr gebraucht.
Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sind vorhanden und voll funktionsfähig.
