Die letzten vier Jahre habe ich mit einer sehr netten Kommilitonin von mir in dieser WG zusammengelebt. Nun ist sie mit ihrem Freund zusammengeogen und da ich selbst auch am Ende meines Studiums (Physik) bin, werde ich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr lange in Darmstadt bleiben. Deswegen suche ich für die restlichen Monate einen Untermieter für das zweite Zimmer. Es ist 16 qm groß und der Blick geht zum Hof raus. Hat den Vorteil, dass es sehr ruhig ist. Es ist unmöbiliert, dafür steht in der Küche alles wichtige zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß benötigt man zum Luisenplatz 5-10min, zur Uni Stadtmitte und Huaptbahnhof 10-15min, wer zu faul ist zum Laufen kann gerne die Straßenbahn nehmen, die Rhein-/Neckarstr.-Station ist 2min entfernt ;)
