Free room at Woogsviertel from 15.03.2015, around 16m, unfurnished, with a big window conected to the street Gervinusstrase, which makes the room really bright at mornings. There is a balcony at the other 2 rooms that you can use too. The rest flat is furnished. The kitchen has a fridge, wasching machine, diswascher and fully equipped. We have a bathroom, with a big bath; and a toilet separately. We also have a celler.
The neighborhood is really quite, an the end of the street there is one entrace to the Woogsviertel park, when you can have a walk or sitting with a book surrounded by nature. The flat is between the 2 buses stop: Rossdofer platz(Bus K, Tram 2 and 9) and Beckstrasse (Bus K and KU), which makes the use of public transport really easy. There are some supermarkets near like Netto, Ausverkauft (Rewe). Also, is 10 minutes walking from Markplatz.
At the flat are living two women (Karin, german; and Ester; spanish), and one man (Jan, who is leaving). We are all workers, so we are looking for women or man, preferably worker (so we can have the same schedule) and no smoker.
