Hi guys,
Since I am out temporally, I rent my room out from June first till the end of September.
This is 2 people WG shareflat. The flatmate is originally from China and now studying in
TU for his bachelor. He is a nice guy, so don't worry about the communication.
This flat is around fifty square meters including bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms.
The room I will rent out is around 10-12m^2. Although it is not large, it should be enough
for a single person to live. Every month you only need to pay 350 euros including electricity, gas, water
and internet. You don't need to buy anything, normal appliances, e.g. fridge and washing machine, are inside.
There is also a basement where you can put bicycle.
