Wohnung ist in einer zentralen Lage, 5min Fußweg zum HBF, direkter Anschluss zur Autobahn.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau, hat 3 Zimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Küche mit allen nötigen Gerätschaften, Spülmaschine ist vorhanden und einem schönen Balkon. Das Zimmer zur Vermietung hat ca. 15qm. Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung vorhanden oder es gibt einen hausinternen waschsalon mit Waschmaschinen u Trockner.
Die Wohnung bleibt möbliert. Das freie Zimmer wird natürlich leer geräumt.
Bei Interesse oder Fragen meldet euch einfach.
Hauptbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe, 5min Fußweg und somit Anschluss in jede Richtung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am BHF, 7 Tage die Woche.
