Das Zimmer welches ich vermieten möchte ist in der Wohnung das eigentliche Elternschlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung hat noch eine Mansarde im Dachgeschoss (nutze ich zum Wäschetrocknen), eine Stube in der selben größe (voll möbliert mit TV), eine Küche (mit relativ alter Einbauküche) sowie einem Bad.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 7 Jahen bei Einzug komplett saniert.
Im Keller gehört zu der Wohnung noch ein Lagerraum und ein Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bessungen am Rand zum Paulusviertel ca.10min zur Innenstadt/Uni/FH und ca 10min zur Lichtwiese/Uni.
Das Viertel ist ruhig und die anderen Hausbewohnen sind Rentner.
Da ich Berufstätig bin suche ich gleichfalls Leute die mit beiden Beinen im Leben stehen.
Ich gehe regelmäßig Fußball spielen, fahre Rad und gehe wenn es die Zeit zulässt auch mal in die Stadt und gebe mir Kultur.
Ab und an guck ich mit Kumpels in der Woche Fussball !
