Das Zimmer ist groß mit einer hohen Decke, außerdem hat es zwei Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer sehr hell ist.
Zu dem Zimmer gehören ein Bett mit Schubladen als Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten, eine kleine Kommode und ein Schlafsofa. Die verpflichtende Ablöse beträgt 700€ Achtung: Es sind andere Möbel, als auf den Bildern - das erklären wir genauer bei der Besichtigung:) .
Der Rest der Wohnung hat auch durchgehend hohe Decken. Der Flur ist groß geschnitten und es gibt jeweils zwei Duschen und Toiletten, somit gibt es keine Probleme mit langen Wartezeiten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Dazu haben wir noch eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und zwei Kühlschränke.

The rest of the apartment also has high ceilings throughout. The hallway is spacious and there are two showers and toilets, so there are no problems with long waiting times. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We also have a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and two fridges.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral - nur 5 Min. vom Luisenplatz (Mittelpunkt von Darmstadt) entfernt.
Supermärkte wie Netto, Rewe und Alnatura sowie die Einkaufsstraßen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Bus/Fahrrad in weniger als 10 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Selbst nach Frankfurt sind es nur 30min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The WG is very centrally located. Only 3 min from Luisenplatz (main transfer stop).
Supermarkets like Netto, Rewe and Alnatura, as well as the shopping streets are close to the WG.
The main station is less than 10 minutes away by bus/bike or 20 minutes on foot.
Also you have a fast connection (about 30 min) to Frankfurt airport through the Airliner bus which is available half hour from Luisenplatz.
Suchst du eine zentrale, helle WG mit freundlichen, aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnern?
Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir sind eine 6-Personen-WG. Unser zusammen Leben in der WG ist recht unkompliziert, man findet immer jemanden zum Reden, aber auch die Privatsphäre wird respektiert. Ab und zu gehen wir gemeinsam aus oder entspannen bei einem Bier oder Wein in der gemütlichen Küche. Da wir alle sehr unterschiedlich sind, wird es nie langweilig. Wir sind aufgeschlossen und freuen uns immer über neuen Wind in der WG!
Um morgendliche Staus zu vermeiden, sind die Duschen und Toiletten getrennt und es gibt jeweils zwei. Neben einem Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine verfügen wir über 2 Kühlschränke, sodass jeder genügend Platz für seine Lebensmittel hat.

We are a 6-person flat share. Our life in a shared flat is uncomplicated, you will always find someone to chat with, but privacy is also respected. From time to time we go out together or relax with a beer or wine in the cozy kitchen.
We are all very different so it never gets boring. We are open minded and always happy about new wind in the WG!
To avoid morning jams, the showers and toilets are separate and there are two of each.
Besides a dishwasher and washing machine we have 2 fridges, so that everyone has enough space for his/her food.
Das Parken in der Rheinstraße ist Werktags eher umständlich. Du kannst aber ein Parkplatz im Hof mieten. Fahrräder und Motorräder können kostenlos im Hof abgestellt werden.
Wenn Du Interesse hast, schreib mich gerne an. Bitte mit einer selbst Vorstellung z.B. Hobbys, Erwartungen an WG leben, Alter, Herkunft, Studium, Beruf, warum WG …. so dass ich dich schon ein wenig einschätzen kann, ob du gut in die WG passt.

Parking in the Rheinstraße is rather complicated on weekdays. You can rent parking spaces in the yard. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the courtyard free of charge.
