Das Zimmer ist auf der Südseite und deswegen schön hell. Dadurch, dass es fast quadratisch ist, ist es auch sehr geräumig. Das Gebäude ist gut gedämmt und die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, sodass es im Sommer schön kühl ist und im Winter schön warm (wenn man das so möchte^^).
Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer, sowie einen Keller und eine Abstellkammer, also könnte man dort auch Möbel und Kram zwischenparken, falls das nötig sein sollte. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert und unsaniert übergeben.
Der K-Bus (und KU-Bus) fährt 2 Minuten von der Haustüre weg ab, die Straßenbahnen 2 und 9 (Roßdörfer Platz) ebenfalls. Es gibt einen Nahkauf (Rewe in klein), einen Netto, einen Gemüseladen, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, ein Café, diverse Schnellrestaurationen (Döner, Wok...) und eine Sparkasse in einem 5-Minuten-Radius um das Haus herum, ist also alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. TU Stadtmitte und Lichtwiese ist beides in gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der Woog und ein kleines Waldstück ganz in der Nähe, wenn man mal was Grünes braucht.
Was das WG-Leben angeht ist das alles ziemlich ungezwungen. Man trifft sich oft in der Küche oder dem Wohnzimmer/Balkon, schaut hin und wieder gemeinsam einen Film oder macht einen Kochabend, es wird aber niemand schief angeguckt, wenn er müde ist und ins Bett geht. Auch für weitere Aktivitäten ist immer wer zu haben.
Wenn ihr mal vorbeischauen wollt, schreibt eine Email/Nachricht mit ein paar Zeilen über euch, wir freuen uns. Wir organisieren dann Termine zum persönlichen Vorstellen. Notfalls gehen aber auch Skypeinterviews. Wir tragen euch dann auch im Laptop durch die Wohnung. :)
For internationals: We are looking for a new flatmate from mid August or 1st of September. The window in the room is quite large, so it is quite bright during the day. The room is quadratic, with about 16sqm. There's a living room, a storage room and a cellar, so if you have stuff that needs to be stored somewhere, that's no problem.
The flat is not that far from the city centre, there's a bus (K, KU) and the tram (2, 9) stopping 2 minutes down the street, but you can also walk in about 15 minutes. There are little shops with everything you need a few minutes down the street. You can also get to the Campus Lichtwiese in a 15 minute walk.
