Zu vermieten haben wir ein 9 Quadratmeter kleines teilmöbiliertes Zimmer. Wir haben aber eine sehr geräumige Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer.
In der Ausstattung enthalten sind eine 110 x 200 cm Bett mit Matratze in einem Hochbett unter dem man gut einen Schreibstisch stellen kann, die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Waschmaschine, Einbauküche,Trockner , Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Tisch für bis zu 6 Personen ausgestattet. In unserem sehr großem Wohnzimmer(ca 40qm) haben meherer Couches.
Die Lage ist ideal für Studenten der TU, die Haltestelle Alexanderstr. bzw Schloß sind in 2min Fußweg zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohner (24-28) sind alle Studenten.
Kaution: 700€
Zwischenmiete wäre auch übergangsweise bis Ende Oktober (ggf Kationsfrei) möglich.
