Hallo,
ab Anfang Februar wird das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin Caro frei, da sie sich nach dem Studium entschlossen hat in ihr eigenes kleines Reich ins Martinsviertel zu ziehen. Das Zimmer an sich hat ca 13 qm, die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 63 qm. Neben den zwei Zimmern haben wir noch ein schönes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad.
Wir teilen uns den Hof mit der 2er WG oben drüber.
Das Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe des Jugenstilbades, nur 5 min Fußweg vom Marktplatz entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu erreichen.
Ich selbst bin berufstätig. Bisher war die WG keine Zweckgemeinschaft und das soll auch so bleiben. Dementsprechend wäre es schön, wenn du WG-Erfahrungen hast.

Die WG liegt in der Nähe des neuen Finanzamtes in der Soderstrasse. Sie ist gut angebunden und wenn man es benötigt findet man Abends auch immer einfach einen Parkplatz für das Auto.
Die Miete ist befristet, weil das Haus leider in naher Zukunft einem Neubau weichen muss. Das definitive Auszugsdatum ist aktuell noch nicht bekannt. Es könnte auch erst Ende April oder ende Mai sein.
