In der oben angegebenen monatlichen Miete sind Heizung, Internet, Miete, bzw. alles enthalten. Eine kleine Kaution von 200€ möchte ich gerne haben, diese wird aber wenn ich wieder komme zurückgezahlt.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und hell tagsüber. Im Zimmer befinden sich meine Möbel, die benutzt werden können. Ein Bett, Schreibtische, Schränke, Regale bzw. Internetzugang sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Eine gemeinsame Küche und Bad können ebenfalls benutzt werden.

The room is 16 qm and bright enough. You can use my furniture, which contains one bed, closet, desk, etc. You can use also the kitchen and the bad of the appartment, which are also used by my both roommates.
Die WG befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt Darmstadts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es also mehr als genug (Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Luisencenter, usw.). Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Staatstheater und Uni befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
The appartment is in the town center. Some known supermarkets and bus or tramway stations are also next to the appartment.
Meine Mitbewohner (Sascha und Anna) sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Ab und zu unternehmen wir gemeinsam etwas in der WG. Wir würden gerne, dass es so beibehalten wird. Die WG ist klein, jedoch sehr angenehm und gemütlich.
Wir möchten durch das Lesen deiner Nachricht die Entscheidung treffen, dich nach einigen Tagen zu einem Besichtigungstermin einzuladen.

Die WG liegt über einer Bäckerei. Abends bzw. morgens früh ab 3 Uhr wird gebacken. Die Mühle und die Mitarbeiter sind dementsprechend abends etwas zu hören. Vor allem ist die Lage sehr gut, denn alles liegt in der Nähe.

The appartment lies next to a bakery and very very early in the morning the backmachine there and the workers are a kind of loud when they are working.
It is for me important just to let stay one person in my room, who is openmeinded and reliable. At last it is only posible that you stay in the room if my roommates agree, after they have known you.
