In unserer netten 3er WG wird zum 01.12.2015 ein Zimmer frei. Die WG liegt zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie besitzt eine vollwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer misst ca. 13 qm und besitzt Laminatboden. Das Fenster befindet sich auf der zur Straße abgewandten Seite. Somit ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Keller und einen Hinterhof.
Die Miete beträgt aktuell warm 242€ mit allen Kosten. Auch eine Internetflatrate mit DSL 125000 ist hier beinhaltet. Die Kaution beträgt ca 600€.
Aktuell wird die WG von zwei Studenten, Jessica (22 Jahre) und Claudio (26 Jahre), bewohnt. Wir suchen einen netten neuen Mitbewohner. Deutschkenntnisse sind erwünscht.
