Das Zimmer liegt in einer Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Gas-Etagenheizung und hat eine Größe von 16,5 qm (4,65 x 3,55 m). Der Fußboden ist (wie in der ganzen Wohnung) gefliest und leicht zu reinigen. Das Haus ist ein 60-er-Jahre Mehrfamilienhaus mit 9 Parteien, es wurde 2013 wärmegedämmt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 220 Euro, dazu kommen monatlich 50 Euro Vorauszahlung für Betriebskosten sowie rund 60 Euro für Strom, Gas, Telefon/Internet und GEZ. Somit beträgt die Warmmiete rund 330 Euro im Monat, die Kaution 440 Euro.
Super-zentrale Lage im Herzen von Darmstadt, man ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Luisenplatz oder an der Hochschule Darmstadt, zum Hauptbahnhof oder zur Technischen Universität sind es ca. 10 Minuten, am Staatstheater ist man in 2 Minuten. Entsprechend gut ist die ÖPNV-Anbindung.
Der Mitbewohner ist ein netter Politikwissenschaftsstudent.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum und ein Fahrrad-Abstellplatz im Innenhof.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert ab ca. 10.04.2016 unbefristet zu vermieten, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa und Billy-Regale können auf Wunsch übernommen werden. Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
