Es handelt sich um ein unmöbliertes Zimmer. Ruhige Innenhof Lage. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Dazu gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine große Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Backofen, Waschmachine und Spühlmachine gehören zum Inventar und werden gegebenenfalls durch den Vermieter ausgetauscht. Letzte Renovierung ca. 2013.
Die Lage der Wohung ist sehr zentral. Mit dem Fahrrad nur 3-4 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke (Sowohl Straßenbahn als auch Bus). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber in Darmstadt überall in kürzester Zeit. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist sehr gut. Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.
Ich bin berufstätig, 30 Jahre alt und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner. Am liebsten zum 15.05. bin aber was das Datum angeht kompromissbereit. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Du kannst aber dein Zeug gerne in die Wohnung mit einbringen. Ich koche gerne. Ich bin viel unterwegs. Mache viel Sport und gehe abends gern mal weg. Du bist gerne eingeladen dich anzuschließen. Zu langweilig solltest du also nicht sein;-).
