da ich mein schönes WG-Zimmer nach drei Jahren schweren Herzens verlasse, suche ich gemeinsam mit meinen verbleibenden Mitbewohnern nach einer passenden Nachfolgerin oder einem passendem Nachfolger.
Die schöne und große Wohnung (insgesamt 108qm) befindet sich am Staatstheater in der Darmstädter Innenstadt.
I am leaving my nice room after 3 years and now together with my Roommates we are looking for at least as good replacement : )
The nice and big apartment has 108 Square meters and is located in the City next to the Staatstheater.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und direkt am Staatstheater. Es sind maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Luisenplatz an dem alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel abfahren.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es maximal 20 Minuten Fußweg. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte wie Aldi, Alnatura, Netto ect.und viele Cafes.
The apartment is centrally located and directly facing the Staatstheatre. Luisenplatz and public transportation are at 5min walking distance. The train station is at 20min walking distance. In the immediate vicinity supermarkets like Aldi, Alnatura, net are ect. and many cafes.
Wir sind Giovanni (29 Jahre alt) und Alex (27), wir sind fröhliche Menschen und gute Freunde auf der Suche nach einem würdigen Nachfolger. Wir haben beide schon eigene Haushalte geführt und legen Wert auf einen freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang. Die Wohngemeinschaft ist keine Zweck-WG und idealerweise suchen wir keine Studienanfänger.
Giovanni lernt gerade deutsch, so dass der neue Mitbewohner auch der englischen Sprache mächtig sein sollte.
Wir haben keine Tiere, keine Kinder und keine Vorstrafen : )
Wir sind für ein persönliches Kennenlernen, dabei merkt man am Besten ob man zueinander passt oder nicht.

We are Giovanni (29 years old) and Alex (27), we are happy people and good friends looking for a worthy successor. We have done both already own households and value a friendly and respectful treatment. We share an apartment for pleasure and not for need. Ideally we are not looking for new students. Sie hat ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, Waschmaschine , Trockner und ein kleines, separates
Gäste-WC.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht inklusive Spülmaschine. :) Das angebiotene Zimmer wird zum 01.06 frei. Es ist etwa 24 qm groß und verfügt über einen großen Balkon zum Hof und eine schöne Aussicht auf das Staatstheater.
In allen Zimmern befindet sich Parkettboden. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, es gibt keinen zusätzlichen Stauraum wie etwa einen Keller.
Ein hauseigener und abschließbarer Fahrradkeller ist jedoch vorhanden.
It has a big bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest Restroom. Washing machine and drier are available!
The kitchen includes everything you might possibly need even a dishwasher.
The available room will be free around the 1st of June.
It has about 24 square meters and a big balcony and a nice view to the Staatsheater. There is Hardwood flooring in all the rooms.
The only drop of bitterness is the missing Basement, although a common keller for bicycles is available.
