Das Zimmer ist ca 10qm groß und es sind bereits ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank vorhanden (Bett sollte übernommen werden). Wir haben eine Küche, die sehr gut eingerichtet ist, eine Waschmaschine, einen Keller, wo auch ein Fahrrad untergebracht werden kann, einen kleinen Dachbodenraum und ein sehr modernes und schönes Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bessungen und ist von dort aus gut sowohl von der Stadtmitte, als auch von Lichtwiese und vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. In 150 Metern ist auch ein Einkaufszentrum (Aldi, Rewe, dm).
Wir leben seit mehr als 3 Jahren in der WG und studieren Materialwissenschaften. Zum 1. Juli wird unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin ausziehen und wir suchen Ersatz.
