Hallo erstmal,
ich fange mal bei dem Grund der Wohnungsanzeige an. Ich weiß wie nervig die Zimmersuche hier in Darmstadt ist. Vor allem für auswärtige. Deshalb hier eine Option/Basis um ruhig Wohnungen besichtigen zu können.
Die Wohnung ist recht groß und relativ zentral gelegen im Martinsviertel. Man ist in 3 min zu Fuß im Bürgerpark. In den Herrngarten ist man in 10 min gelaufen, mit dem Rad braucht man weniger als 5 min.
Die TU Darmstadt Innenstadt ist ebenfalls sehr schnell (10 min zu Fuß, 3 min mit dem Rad) zu erreichen, die HDa sowohl mit dem Rad als auch öffentlich in 12 min.
Die Lage ist also sehr gut um sich erst einmal zu orientieren.
In die Innenstadt (Luisenplatz) braucht man zu Fuß ca 13 min, mit dem Rad 5 min und mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus) 10 min.
