Ich vermiete ab dem 1. August ein schönes, helles, 22qm großes Zimmer (Bodenbelag: helles Laminat) in einer 90qm Altbau-Wohnung. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert oder leer angemietet werden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, hat eine wunderbare große komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche (inkl. Spülmaschine), ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne (inkl. Waschmaschine) und ein separates WC. Ein Garten steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Inkl. sind WLAN, Strom, Gas und GEZ.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Johannesviertels, zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten zum Herrngarten und ca. 10 Minuten zum Luisenplatz. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Ich komme nach 2 Monaten Asien wieder nach Darmstadt zurück und suche nun den passenden Mitbewohner (m/w). Schön wäre es, wenn es sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG handelt und Du berufstätig bist.
