Ich ziehe Ende Oktober aus, also das Zimmer ist ab c.a 31.Okt frei.
die Miete kostet 300€ Warm ( alles ist darin, auch GEZ ) Da es etwas kurzzeitig ist, konnte ich noch kein Foto hochladen.
die WG liegt sehr zentral in Darmstadt.
+ zu Linie 3 ( Orangerie ) nur c.a 3 Minuten zu Fuß
+ zu Linie 6,7,8 ( Bessunger Str. ) c.a 3 Minuten und von da ist man nach 6 Minuten am Luisenplatz.
+ Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Mc Donald, Pizza Joe, Asia Wok, Euro Döner, Kaffee Laden Linie 3, und zahlreiche Restaurante sind alle in der Nähe, mit Fahrrad braucht man im Durchschnitt 5 Minuten.
die 3 fahrt direkt zum Hbf. Darmstadt Süd Bahnhof ist auch in c.a 5 Min. mit Fahrrad zu erreichen.
im WG haben wir ziemlich alles was man braucht.
+ Große Küche, Dusche, Toilette ist separat.
+ Waschmaschine.
+ Kühlschrank
+ usw..
im Wg wohnen jetzt Berndt ( Hauptmieter ) und Julian ( Student. ) beide sind sehr nett. Berndt ist schon etwas älter, braucht manchmal Hilfe beim einkaufen. Das Zimmer hat ne Tür zum Balkon und Fenster zum Innenhof und damit sehr ruhig. Sauberkeit, Ordnung, und Ruhe werden groß geschrieben. Partys und so nicht erwünscht.
Ich ziehe bald aus, also die Besichtigungstermine wäre vormittags bis 16:00. Das Zimmer wird

( Keine Frauen ! Es wird nur an Männer gemietet werden !)
!!! ==>> Ich bekomme c.a 12-15 Email/SMS am Tag daher ist es leider nicht möglich alle Anfrage zu antworten. Es tut mir leid wenn es mit Antworten länger dauert. Ich versuche jede Email zu lesen.
