Ein schönes 12,50m2 Zimmer zu vermieten ab dem 1. Februar 2017. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat 3 Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist in Reinheim- Spachbrücken. Es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung nach Darmstadt Innenstadt und Bahnhof. Mit dem Studenten RMV-Semesterticket fährt man umsonst.
In der WG gibt es eine ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man so zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt auch eine Ablage, an der man sitzen und essen kann. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusch- Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es einen Wäschekeller und ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Die Miete beträgt 236€ pro Monat inklusive Internet, Strom, Telefon und GEZ.
4 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle und von dort eine direkte Verbindung zur Darmstädter Innenstadt (ca. 30 Minuten) und Hauptbahnhof (ca. 40 Minuten)
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit zwei Mädels (eine Studentin und eine Berufstätige) teilen. Es ist keine Zwecks-WG und man trifft sich gerne mal um zu kochen und quatschen, aber man kann sich auch ohne Probleme zurückziehen.
Mitte des Jahres zieht eine Mitbewohnerin aus. Wohnung kann jedoch bei bedarf übernommen werden.
