Auf jeder Etage (es gibt 2 Etagen) befinden sich 4 Appartements, die sich eine Küche mit Wohn-Essbereich teilen.
Mitten in der Darmstädter Innenstadt in Laufweite zur Uni! Es sind nur 2 Minuten bis zum Schloss! auch die Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke und in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt (tegut) ist gegenüber.
Die Appartements werden von Student und Uni-Mitarbeitern bewohnt. Ein ausgewogenes und harmonisches Miteinander sind mir als Vermieter sehr wichtig!
In den Nebenkosten sind alle Kosten enthalten - auch Strom! Internet- und TV-Anschluss werden vom Vermieter gestellt und sind ebenfalls im Mietpreis enthalten.
