Hallo! :)
Da es mich ins Ausland verschlägt, suchen wir eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in für mein gemütliches 15 qm WG-Zimmer in Darmstadt. Das Zimmer hat hohe Wände (Altbau) und einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon Richtung Südseite. Ich habe erst vor kurzem ein Hochbett eingebaut, was das Zimmer sehr geräumig macht. Dieses müsste für 50 € übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Martinsviertel, in der Nähe vom Riegerplatz mit guter Anbindung an die Linie H (Taunusplatz, 1 Minute Fußweg). Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt und im Umfeld gibt es einige Bäcker, Cafés und Bars.
Auch der Bürgerpark zum Sporttreiben o.ä. ist um die Ecke.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm und harmonisch. Wir kochen öfters zusammen, quatschen 'ne Runde, trinken 'nen Kaffee auf dem Balkon oder gehen zusammen aus, was halt gerade so passt :)
Wir sind alle Studenten (Film und Animation & Game) und zwischen 21 und 24 Jahre alt.
Wir sind offen für neues und freuen uns über frischen Wind in der WG! :)
