In unserer 4er WG ist ein 13qm Zimmer zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert . Das Zimmer hat ein großes doppelverglastes Fenster, hellen Holzboden und dimmbare Halogenspots.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein Bad (Dusche & Badewanne),sperate Toilette mit Waschbecken, eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein 40qm ausgebauter Dachboden.
-Zentrale Lage im Kapellplatzviertel von Darmstadt zwischen den Straßenbahnhaltestellen Schulstraße und Roßdörfer Platz
- ca. 5-10 Gehminuten zum Schloss/ Campus Stadtmitte der TUD
- im Umkreis befindet sich ein REWE, Nahkauf (5 Gehminuten) und ein Aldi (10 Gehminuten)
Aktuell wohnen wir,3 sehr nette Master Studenten (2 x Master Maschinenbau und Master Mechatronik) in der Wohnung. Die Stimmung in der WG ist entspannt und der Umgang miteinander ist freundschaftlich. Unter der Woche gehen wir gemeinsam trainieren oder rauchen z.B. eine Shisha oder sitzen im Sommer im Hinterhof.
