Dein Zimmer wäre eines der drei ca. 14 qm^2 großen WG-Zimmer und liegt auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite. Bereits im Zimmer vorhanden sind ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Kleiderschrank. Kompletiert wird die Wohnung von einem Tageslichtbad und der Küche. In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten Strom, Heizung und Rundfunkbeitrag.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Südbahnhof. Innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten erreicht man R und H Bus und in 30 Gehminuten wäre man am Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Real, Aldi, Rewe, Bäckerei usw in der näheren Umgebung, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Es gibt auch viele schöne Parkplätze im Umkreis.
Du würdest zusammen wohnen mit Ma Bin, der Elektrotechnik im Master an der TU Darmstadt studiert und Tejas der seinen Master gerade abgeschlossen hat (ebenfalls Elektrotechnik) und momentan als HiWI arbeitet. Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich im Allgemeinen als sehr ruhig, allerdings handelt es sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG. Gerne wird einmal zusammen gekocht oder ein Bier getrunken.
Tatsächlich bin ich ein Austausch-Student und sofort werde ich meine Studium hier beenden. Wegen meiner Sprachkenntnis können wir durch E-Mail kontaktieren.
