Vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 2er Wg zur Zwischenmiete von 1.8 bis zum 31.9, da ich in diesem Zeitraum ein Praktikum mache.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Michaelisstr.15 in Darmstadt in der 2.Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses und wurde vor einem Jahr komplett saniert.
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und verfügt über ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und ein großes Sofa.
Küche und Bad teilen sich beide WG-Mitbewohner.
Mein Mitbewohner macht zurzeit eine Ausbildung und ist sehr nett.
Die Küche ist eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man so braucht.
Spülmachine und Waschmachine sind nicht vorhanden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 423€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten(Strom, Wasser und Internet).
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 300€ ist zu entrichten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.
Sie liegt 2 Bushaltestellen hinter dem Bahnhof.
Zum Bahnhof brauch man mit dem Bus 2min und 12min zu Fuß.
Die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls in 15min per ÖPNV zu erreichen.
