Good location less than ten minute walk to Central Train Station, five minutes to public transportation, 15 minutes to city center. Short distance walk to REWE, Penny and Nazar restaurant close by. Small cozy apartment, fully furnished with washing machine. I'm renting the room until the end of March with the potential for longer though that can't be determined as of yet. The apartment is mid-size and best viewed in person to get a true appreciation of it's value. The renter needn't bring more than their own personal items, clothes, P.C., etc. as all bedroom furniture and kitchen items are in place and functioning. The remaining flat partner is a full time employee at Merck. The building is old, however, well built and very solid. The tenants are a mix of students, full time workers and retirees. There is a old carpet in the room which the renter may move at their discretion. The work desk is small though practical. Please call me to express interest. ----/-------
