Hallo zusammen,
da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, wird mein Zimmer in unserer frisch renovierten, supertollen und entspannten WG im März und April frei. Dann kommt eine alte Mitbewohnerin aus Berlin zurück und zieht dort wieder dauerhaft ein.
Das Zimmer hat 17m² Grundfläche, wegen der Dachschrägen jedoch weniger Nutzfläche. Ich kann das Bett inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze auf Wunsch drin lassen. Evtl. auch noch ein Regal, den Schrank oder anderes. Das machen wir dann individuell aus.
Die Lage im Johannesviertel an der Haltestelle Pallaswiesenstraße ist direkt am Herrengarten und super zentral. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zur genüge vorhanden (Penny, Rewe, Tegut, Netto).
Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes und freundschaftliches Verhältnis in unserer 3er-WG. Alles kann, nichts muss. Wir kochen und chillen zusammen, trinken auch mal was oder spielen Karten. Wenn jemand aber was zu tun hat, so ist ihm niemand böse, wenn er sich in sein Zimmer zurückzieht.
