Das Zimmer ist 15,4qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank) und hat ein Fenster Richtung Hinterhof.
Die Gesamtkosten für das Zimmer einschließlich Nebenkosten und Internet betragen 314€ im Monat.
Außerdem musst du eine Kaution in Höhe von 580€ bezahlen.
Zentrale Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Stadtmitte - 7 min Fußweg zum Luisenplatz, 15 min Fußweg zur TUD (Kampus Stadtmitte), 200m bis zur Haltestelle Rhein-/Neckarstraße, Dönerstation direkt gegenüber und ca. 7 min Fußweg bis zum nächsten Supermarkt
Wir sind zwei Studenten (20 und 22 Jahre alt) an der TU Darmstadt.
Unser WG-Leben würde ich als sehr entspannt und harmonisch bezeichnen.
Wir sind eine gesellige WG, die sich ab und zu abends auch mal zusammensetzt oder etwas gemeinsam kocht.
Natürlich kann bei uns aber auch jeder mal etwas Ruhe und Zeit für sich haben ;)
Unsere WG ist eigentlich bereits voll ausgestattet. In unserer Küche haben wir eine Mikrowelle, einen Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, ein Induktionskochfeld und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir in unserem "Wohnzimmer" einen Fernseher, eine Minibillard und eine Dartscheibe.
