Möbliertes 16qm in netter 2er WG. Zentraler Neubau, zur Zwischenmiete (deutsch/english)

Das Wohnheim liegt leicht süd-westlich vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und damit recht zentral. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Eschollbrücker Straße" ist ums Eck auf der Hauptstraße 5min zu Fuß. Ein Rewe ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Weitere Supermärkte (Penny, Netto) befinden sich in derselben Straße wie der Rewe etwas weiter hinten. Die h_da ist, sowie die Innenstadt, ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Zum Campus Stadtmitte der TU Darmstadt benötigt man mit der Straßenbahn und dem restlichen Fußweg vom Schloss insgesamt etwa 15 min. Zum Campus Lichtwiese der TU dauert es mit den Öffentlichen ca. 22min. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar im Dachgeschoss, ist aber durch das gut isolierte Dach und der ruhigen Umgebung sehr angenehm zum Wohnen.

Deine Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner zieht zum 01.10.18 ein, da meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin auch auszieht. Deswegen kann ich hierzu bis zum 01.10.18 noch wenig Auskünfte geben. Generell lief das Zusammenleben mit meiner Mitbewohnerin in der WG aber super! Die Wohnung bietet Raum für Gemeinsamkeiten genauso wie Privatsphäre.

I'm offering my room since my contract still goes until the end of March but I’m starting my Master in Munich. The duration of the room being available within the shared flat is given by 6 months starting from October until the end of March 2019 but might be available longer than that if we discuss with the student housing service (requirement for that: you should be a student of either TU Darmstadt, h_da, evangelische Hochschule). The flat and room are fully furnished and have everything you need. Only a dishwasher and an oven are missing. But an electric oven could be bought additionally. The bathroom is spacious but the highlight of our flat is definitely the big balcony!
The location of the flat is reasonably good and the next tram stop "Eschollbrücker Straße" is around the corner, 5min away on foot. The city centre can be reached within 15min walking distance. The next supermarket Rewe is about 10min away within walking distance. Also quite close is the campus of the h_da.
Your flat mate is going to be known by the beginning of October since the current flat mate is moving out with me too. But the flat allows spending time and also keeping privacy if needed. It's important that you have a common sense for cleaning and keeping the flat in a good condition tho, since it's new and the inventory has to be paid by you in case of damage or dirtiness.
