Dein Zimmmer ist ca 17 m² groß, hat ein Fenster und eine Balkontür in Richtung Süden und ist mit Laminat ausgelegt. Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen möbeliert. Es gibt ein 1,4 m breites Bett, ein großes Sofa, einen Fernseher, eine Wohnwand und einen Schreibtisch. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor ca. 4 Jahren komplett saniert. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Flur, in dem auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden können und eine große Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon in Richtung Süden mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill.
Your room is about 17 m² large, has a window and a balcony door to the south and is covered with laminate. It is furnished as you can see on the pictures. There is a 1.4 m wide bed, a large sofa, a TV, a living wall and a desk. The entire apartment was completely renovated about 4 years ago. There is a large corridor where bicycles can be stored and a large kitchen. There is also a small balcony to the south with table, chairs and barbecue.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in nicht mal 5 Minuten an der Lichtwiese und in nur 10 Minuten an der TU Stadtmitte, dem Herrengarten und dem Schloss. Der Luisenplatz mit seinen vielen Geschäften ist etwa 7 Minuten entfernt. Dahin muss man zum Einkaufen allerdings nicht fahren, denn ein Netto ist direkt um die Ecke und der 24-Uhr-Rewe ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen, die Straßenbahn in 5 Minuten.
The apartment is very well located. It takes less than 5 minutes by bike to the Lichtwiese and only 10 minutes to the TU Stadtmitte, the Herrengarten and the Palace. The Luisenplatz with its many shops is about 7 minutes away. But you don't have to go there for shopping, because a Netto is just around the corner and the 24 o'clock-Rewe is only 5 minutes away. The next bus stop can also be reached in two minutes, the tram in 5 minutes.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner wohnt bereits seit einem Jahr in der WG, ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Maschinenbau an der TU Darmstadt.
