Das Zimmer befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Darmstadt-Zentrum. In 3 Minuten Gehweg erreicht man die nächsten Haltestellen ,,Kasinostraße'' und ,,Klinikum''. Die Wohung wird durch eine (Nichtraucher) Wohngemeinschaft aus netten Studenten (Architektin, Umweltingenieurin) der TU-Darmstadt bewohnt. Küche sowie Waschmaschine sind bereits vorhanden. Das Zimmer besitzt auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Einige Möbeln können gegen eine Abschlagszahlung übernommen werden, aber darüber kann noch verhandelt werden :)
Die Abstandzahlung beträgt 100€ und umfasst die Lampe, zwei Steckschränke, einen großen Bürostuhl, eine Kommode und ein kleines Rollschränkchen. Die Sachen müsstest du übernehmen.
Wenn du möchtest kannst du auch noch ein Bett aus Holz ( 140*200m) samt Lattenrost und Matraze für 50€ haben
