Das Zimmer hat 26m² und hat ein Fenster das nach Südosten ausgerichtet ist. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ein Fenster. Die Küche ist geräumig mit großem Essplatz und gemütlicher Couch. Außerdem hat sie einen Vorratsraum in dem der Kühlschrank steht und andere Lebensmittel aufbewahrt werden. Der Balkon ist von der Küche aus betretbar mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller wo sich auch ein Kellerabteil befindet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist direkt an der Mathildenhöhe im Martinsviertel. Die Uni als auch die FH sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Rewe und Penny sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, Aldi, Lidl, Netto etc. sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Man kommt schnell und einfach in die Innenstadt, sowie ins Grüne.
