My German is not so good so I am writing in English.
I am Master student at TU Darmstadt. I am going out of Darmstadt for an internship for three months. So the room will be free.
The Building is owned by studierendenwerk Darmstadt. The building is newly constructed. Wg has a balcony where u can enjoy the view of street. There is underground parking for cars and motorbikes but you have to pay for it. There is also a parking stand for bikes which is free of cost .The room is fully furnished with one Table chair, one bed and one cupboard. The room has a big window towards the street side. The laundry room is underground and you have to pay 2euro for one wash via athena card. So you must be a student.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave which is owned by my wegmate but u can use it. We also have a refrigerator and a freezer. It's a spacey kitchen where u can enjoy cooking.
The location of Wg is close to city center which is just 15mins away on foot and max. 3-5mins away by tram. The tram stop can be reached by 4-5min walk. The Frequency of Tram is also very good. In every 15mins there comes a tram. Another station which is 10mins away is at neckerstr. which has very high frequency.
My wegmate is Sven. He is doing Masters at HDA. He is quiet friendly social. You can expect peaceful environment where u can study and work efficiently. Off course u can also have parties.
