Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammen zieht, suchen wir ab 1. März eine gesellige und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin bzw. einen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß, hat hohe Decken und einen schönen Dielenfußboden, liegt zu einem ruhigen und grünen Innenhof und besitzt einen direkten Zugang zum traumhaften Balkon (mit Morgensonne).
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG eines wunderschönen Altbaus. Wir haben ein Tageslichtbad (das letztes Jahr komplett neu saniert wurde) und ein Gäste-WC. Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradständer.
Zu dem Mietpreis kommen noch 10€ für WG-Kasse dazu.
Hello dear apartment seekers,
as our dear roommate moves in with her boyfriend, we are looking for a sociable and open-minded roommate from 01 March.
The room is approx. 12 sqm large, has high ceilings and a beautiful floorboard floor, lies to a quiet and green inner courtyard and has a direct access to the beautiful balcony (with morning sun).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building. We have a daylight bath (which was completely renovated last year) and a guest toilet. Dishwasher and washing machine are also available.
There is a bicycle cellar and directly in front of the house there is a bicycle stand.
In addition to the rental price there is 10€ for WG-Kasse.
Die WG liegt im schönen, studentischen Martinsviertel, das mit vielen Kneipen und netten Plätzen zum Ausgehen einlädt.
In wenigen Minuten bist du im Grünen (Bürgerpark, Rosenhöhe, Herrngarten).
Auch die Mathildenhöhe und der Riegerplatz liegen direkt um die Ecke. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Biomarkt, Aldi, Penny, Bäcker) sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt (Luisenplatz). Das alte Hauptgebäude der Uni, die Bib und das Schloss liegen auch weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Der H-Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Taunusplatz) ab und bringt dich in 5 Minuten zum Luisenplatz und in 15 Minuten zum HBF.
The WG is situated in the beautiful, student-like Martinsviertel, which invites you to go out with many pubs and nice squares.
In a few minutes you are in the countryside (Bürgerpark, Rosenhöhe, Herrngarten).
Mathildenhöhe and Riegerplatz are also just around the corner. Many shopping facilities (REWE, organic market, Aldi, Penny, bakery) are within walking distance.
You can reach the city centre (Luisenplatz) in 5 minutes by bicycle. The old main building of the university, the library and the castle are also less than 5 minutes away by bike. The H-bus departs directly from the front door (Taunusplatz stop) and takes you to Luisenplatz in 5 minutes and to the central station in 15 minutes.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Felipe, Aigerim und eine weitere Person, nach der wir gerade suchen.
Felipe ist unser Bücherwurm und Genießer. Er wohnt in der hauseigenen Bibliothek. Wenn er nicht gerade ein neues Buch liest, studiert er Geschichte oder man sieht ihn gut gekleidet in einem der Darmstädter Cafés. Für hungrige Mitbewohner*innen bleibt immer etwas von seinen leckeren Gerichten übrig.
Aigerim ist unsere Engagierte. Neben ihrem Studium, lernt sie deutsch, ist ehrenamtlich aktiv und erkundet die Gegend. Sie geht auch gerne auf Konzerte und ist häufig beim Sport anzutreffen.
Wir kochen alle gerne und so finden wir immer wieder in der Küche zusammen oder Grillen bei schönem Wetter auf dem Balkon. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern verbringen gerne gemeinsam Zeit miteinander, nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht (wir sind eher eine ruhige WG) und unsere Zimmertüren stehen meistens offen.
Your future roommates are Felipe, Aigerim and another person we're looking for.
Felipe is our bookworm and connoisseur. He lives in our own library. When he's not reading a new book, he studies history or you can see him well dressed in one of Darmstadt's cafés. For hungry flatmates there is always something left of his delicious dishes.
Aigerim is our committed friend. In addition to her studies, she learns German, works as a volunteer and explores the region. She also likes to go to concerts and is often seen playing sports.
We all like to cook and so we always find each other in the kitchen or grilling on the balcony when the weather is nice. We like to spend time together, show respect for each other (we are rather a quiet flat-sharing community) and our room doors are usually open.
Wir suchen eine*n offenen Mitbewohner*in, der*die Lust auf gemütliche Abende (Kochen, Wein trinken, Spieleabende) und gemeinsame Unternehmungen (z. B. Konzerte, Theater) hat und unseren Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung teilt (unser Putzplan funktioniert wirklich:))
