Hallo,
ich habe ein möbliertes Zimmer 5er Wg ab jetzt bis Ende September 2020 zu untervermieten.Keine Anmeldung möglich(ohne Adresse). Eventuel kann man die Briefe und Pakete an der Adresse Bekommen.
Ein Bett, Schrank etc. alles vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer ist schön und natürlich hell.
In der Küche ist alles da, was zum Kochen oder Backen gebraucht wird und kann natürlich mitgenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG.
Im Mietpreis ist alles enthalten: Strom, Wasser, WLan, etc.
Bei Interesse einfach per Mail melden.

Die Wohung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten zur H Bus (fährt direkt zur Uni, HDa, Stadtmitte und Hbf) Haltestelle Am Karlshof.
Penny und Rewe sind gleich um die Ecke und auch nur j'éteins 10 und 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt.
Das Stadtzentrum ist in 13 Minuten zur Fuß erreicht.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Es gibt kaum Straßenlärm oder Ähnliches.
Die Mitbewohnern sind super nett und sehr umgänglich.
Rauchen nicht erwünscht(nur auf Balkon)
Studenten-WG, Berufstätigen-WG, gemischte .
