Die Wohnung ist eine 3 Zimmerwohnung, mit Küche, Bad (mit WC) und einem Gäste WC.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch, praktisch und hell. Es hat eine große Fensterfront, die gleich neben dem Hauseingang liegt, wodurch man die Nachbarn recht häufig sieht. - Muss man mögen, aber im Haus sind alle sehr nett.
Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten am Luisenplatz. Wenn man sich beeilt kann man hier auch schneller sein.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 200m entfernt.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 600m entfernt.
Unser Ziel ist es ein schönes miteinander zu haben und Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen. Ob man mal zusammen isst oder mal feiern geht ist da völlig offen und hängt auch von Dir ab :)
An sich sind wir eher ruhiger, aber keine Schlaftabletten.
Zu den Mitbewohnern:
Speedy: Katze, 19 Jahre alt und ein bisschen dement
Rami: 19 Jahre Infomatik Student
Eva: Phyotherapiestudentin, 25 Jahre alt und Triathletin
Felix: Maschinenbaustudent, 24 Jahre alt und ebenfalls Triathlet. Und Eva's Freund.
Rami wohnt erst seit mitte März hier. Eva und Felix wohnen schon seit einem Jahr hier und ziehen gerade von zwei Zimmern der WG in eins. Somit wäre dann ein Zimmer frei ;) Dementsprechend ist es zur Zeit etwas chaotisch, sollte jedoch bis Du einzieht sich wieder normaisiert haben.
