Large 20 sqm bedroom in prewar building, Furnished with a doublebed (140cm matress), large desk with chair, wardrobe, 2 beanbags and a stool. The room is on the ground floor witch is eleveted and separated from street level giving the room enough privacy and a nice view. The northern exposure makes for good natural lighting suitable for a work environment, while keeping the room cool during the hot sommer months. The wooden board floor and white walls make the interior warm and give the room cozy atmosphere. The Apartment building also has a small Backyard which can be used for barbequing during the sommer.
Good positioning, just north of Darmstadts central area in Martinsviertel. The neighbourhood is quiet yet lively, thanks to its proximity to the city center, 15 minute walking distance to Campus Stadmitter, 20 minutes to Luisenplatz. Bürgerpark-Nord (10 minutes away.) offers a variety of oudoors and freetime activites. There is free car parking just 5 minutes away from the apartment building and the closest busstop is a short 10 minute walk. Closest Supermarket is a REWE just around the corner (5 minute walk).
It is a Student WG, The Languages spoken are German, Englisch and Spanish. We enjoy cooking and casualy spending time together and we look forward to meeting any potentia flatmates in person or over a skype call.
The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, plates and glassware), but the furniture in the room has been bought by me and i am willing to sell it for 170 eur. The rent including expenses for heating, electricity and internet are 390 eur/ month.
