Das Haus wurde 2012 komplett renoviert und erhielt Anfang 2018 komplett neue Fenster und eine Isolierung. Das Bad sticht durch moderne Einrichtung und eine große Dusche hervor. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, sogar eine Spülmaschine. Das helle Zimmer ist ruhig auf der Rückseite des Hauses gelegen und besticht durch große Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Luisenplatz ist in zwei Minuten erreicht und damit auch die komplette Innenstadt mit all ihren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Der nächste Supermarkt ist innerhalb einer Minute Fussläufig zu erreichen.
Die WG besteht zurzeit aus Rahel, 22 Jahre alt und studiert BWL. André ist 28 Jahre alt und macht seine Master of Finance in Frankfurt in einem Dualen Studium. Julian ist auch 27 Jahre alt und ist Berufstätig. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und zwanglos, ein Plausch in der Küche ist immer möglich.
Ein kleiner Abschlag von 50 Euro ist Pflicht, da die Spülmaschine erst vor ein paar Monaten neu gekauft wurde.
Der Einzugstermin kann sich womöglich bis zum 15.05. verzögern.
