da Ich vom September bis Ende Dezember ein Auslandssemester in Finnland absolviere, gebe Ich mein Zimmer
im Studentenwohnheim Berliner Allee für diesen Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete frei. Wichtig ist dabei, dass
Du zum Einzug entweder an der TU Darmstadt oder an der Hochschule Darmstadt immatrikuliert bist, um im
Studentenwohnheim wohnen zu dürfen.
Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß und möbiliert. Dazu gehören Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibttisch, Stuhl und ein Regal.
Zusätzlich hat man über das Zimmer einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Alle Zimmer in der Wohnung verfügen über eine Fußbodenheizung, was für den Winter geeignet ist.

as I'm doing an exchange semester in Finland from September till the end of December I am offering my room in the dorm for rent for that time period. It's important that you're either a student of TU Darmstadt or the Hochschule Darmstadt, in order to be allowed to move in, as that is University policy.
The room's size is 15m² and it's furnished. That includes a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a shelf. Through the room you also have access to the terrace. All rooms in the flat have an underfloor heating, which comes in handy in winter.
Die Wohnung liegt nah am Hauptbahnhof, ungefähr 5 min entfernt. Zur Hochschule sinds zu Fuß ebenfalls 5 min. Mit der Tram kommt man am einfachsten zur TU Darmstadt Stadtmitte. Zur Haltestelle Berliner Allee läuft man in 5 min. Insgesamt dauerts dann 15-20 min zur Uni. Einkaufen kann man im Rewe City im Hauptbahnhof oder im Rewe/Aldi beim Luisenplatz, welcher mit der Tram nur 10 min entfernt ist. Am Luisenplatz findest du zusätzlich alle anderen Läden.
The apartment is close to the main station, approximately 5 min by foot. Same goes for the main campus of the Hochschule Darmstadt. The easiest way to reach the TU Darmstadt campus city centre is by train. It's only 5 min by foot to the Berliner Allee station. In total it'll take you 15-20 min to the campus. You can go grocery shopping in Rewe City in the main station or in Rewe/Aldi at Luisenplatz. To Luisenplatz it's appr. 10 min by train. All the other stores are there as well.
Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt. Die Mitbewohner sind gesprächig. Man kann mit ihnen auch gerne Grillen, Filme gucken oder auch kochen.
Life in the flat is pretty relaxed. You can do bbq, watch movies or simply cook with your flatmates.
