Hallo, ich bin Anaïs und nach 6 tollen Monaten in Darmstadt muss ich leider die WG an dem 16ten November verlassen. Die warme Miete kostet 525 euros monatlich. Das WLAN kostet 10 euros im Monat zusätzlich und wird an Estefi direkt bezahlt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (27m²), warm und hell, dank der grossen Fenstern. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett mit einem zweiten Matratze, einem Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, eine Nachttisch, eine kleine Lampe, und ein coolen Sessel.
Die Küche ist auch sehr groß. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und Herd.
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer, eines mit nur Toiletten und ein anderes mit Toiletten und einer Dusche. Wir haben auch eine Waschmachine.

Hi everyone ! I am Anaïs and after 6 really cool months in Darmstadt, I must unfortunately leave the WG on the 16th of November. The rent is 525 euros monthly. Everything is included beside the Internet connexion that must be paid cash to my roomate Estefi every month.
The room is really huge, warm and bright thanks to the big windows. There is a big wardrobe, a bed with a spare matress, a desk on which you can study and work, a chair, a nightstand, a small lamp and a nice armchair. You can also hang your jackets either in the wardrobe or on the hooks on the door.
The kitchen is also really big and a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a fringe and cooking plates are available. There is also every crockery you need.
There are two bathrooms, one with toilets only and another one with toilets and a shower. We also own a washing machine
Die Wohnung ist im Stadtzentrum und sehr zentral! Der Luisenplatz (Stadtzentrum von Darmstadt) ist 5 Minuten weit weg und alle Straßenbahnen und Bushaltestellen sind 2 Minuten entfernt. Besonders gut ist auch das Einkaufszentrum zu erreichen und der Aldi + teegut sind um die Ecke.
Allerdings ist die Strasse immer ruhig am Abend und ich habe immer sehr gut geschlafen.

The appartement is litteraly 5 minutes away from Luisenplatz, which is Dramstadt city center. It means that you can take any tram or bus from there and the shopping center is nearby.
Moreover, everything you need is near. The Aldi (hard discount grocery shop) is 2 minutes away, same for the electronic devices shop. There are also other grocery shops and restaurants in the street. However, I never got bothered at night by any noise.
Estefi, Alena und Joy sind super nett und ich habe keine Probleme mit ihnen gehabt. Wenn du Ruhe brauchst, respektieren sie deinen persönlichen Bereich. Aber wenn du Lust hast, etwas zu trinken, sind sie immer dabei.

Estefi, Alena and Joy are super nice and I've never had any problem with them. If you are more the quiet type, they will totally respect your need for personnal space, but if on the contrary you like human contact, they will always be in the mood to grab a drink.
