Ich möchte mein Zimmer möbliert untervermieten. Es hat 25qm und ist sehr hell durch zwei große Fenster. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank, Kommode, Bücherregal, Ausziehsofa und (für die Mädels) Schminktisch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt von Darmstadt (Elisabethenstraße). Einkaufsläden, Kneipen und der öffentliche Nahverkehr sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir sind 6 WG-Bewohner. Derzeit sind wir 3 Jungs und 3 Mädels. Wir haben einen lockeren und entspannten Umgang miteinander. In einer WG mit 6 Bewohnern hat man immer Gesellschaft. Wenn man jedoch mal seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man sich auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen :-)
Das Zimmer würde ich gerne vom 18.11.19 bis 21.02.20 ( oder auch 01.03.20) untervermieten.
Wir haben zudem 2 große Bäder und eine Küche mit Essbereich und eine Dachterrasse.
