Es ist eine große Wohnung mit getrenntem Bad und WC, die Küche ist sehr groß und wir haben einen sehr schönen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind wirklich cool und es ist ein schönes Ambiente hier drin. Das Schlaffzimmer ist sehr hell und bequem.
Ich fahre 2 Monate nach Mexiko um meine Familie zu besuchen, das der Grund weshalb ich einen untermiete suche.
Die anderen Mitbewohner sind Deutsch, sprechen aber gutes Englisch und ein bisschen Französisch. Ich spreche Spanisch.
Es wäre schön dich kennen zu lernen! :)
The house is in the Woogsviertel, we have a very near bust station and tram... Roßdoferplatz, but you can also go to Jugensillbad or Ostbahnhof by walking.
The Nahkauf is only 10 steps away :)
We are a very friendly WG, we like to spend time toghether, cook, play cards, some times we go out. Would be a good idea to go to the Christmas market!
