Hallo, da ich leider wegen einem Job aus Darmstadt wegziehen muss, braucht meine WG etwas Verstärkung :)
Das WG-Zimmer hat 14.4 qm und ein Fenster zur Nordseite. Es ist gut gedämmt, deshalb und aufgrund der Lage im EG bleibt es selbst im Hochsommer relativ angenehm.
Da ich aus Darmstadt wegziehe und meine Möbel mitnehme, würde das Zimmer bei der Übergabe unmöbiliert sein, obwohl auf den Bildern noch Möbel zu sehen sind.
Die Haltestelle "Bessunger Straße" ist in etwa 4, die Haltestelle "Weinbergstraße" in 8 und der Südbahnhof in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Rewe, Aldi und DM sind ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Lucia, Maurice, Tiger und ich sind drei Studenten und ein kleiner süßer Hund. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch, wir teilen Vieles und kochen ab und zu zusammen in der großen und gut ausgestatteten Küche.
Zum Kennenlernen würden wir mit Dir gerne zuerst einmal ein Meeting über Zoom ausmachen.
