Hello everyone, I am Emi, an M.Sc Biology and currently working as a research assistant. Recently I got a fellowship, so I am leaving my loved room for working abroad. A new and exciting work experience is coming up to me soon. I am looking for someone who will take ( and take care of) my room.
The room is available from 1-01 2021 until the end of June 2021. The dates are flexible ( -/+ 10 days). the cost is 500€ all inc and the deposit is 500€
The room is about 20m2 and furnished with wardrobes, desks, sofa, beds.
I have organized the room in 4 zones:
1. working station with 2 desks,
2. Dressing zone with 2 wardrobes,
3. Sleeping zone with the bed,
4. Living zone with the sofa.
I love my room and to be with my flatmates. We often eat and sit together to chill out. We are a little family and we support and assist each other. Anyone has his/her own space and time anyhow. We try to organize the housework democratically, but we support each other in case one is overworking.
The location is very central, next to Tram-Stations of Rhein/Necharstraße and 15 min walk from the main train station (HBf) and 10 min walk from Luisenplatz. Nearby the Fitness First offers the opportunity for people who are into fitness, and many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops around.
The apartment is 90m2 and has other 2 rooms (in tot 3), a full-furnished kitchen with a cozy balcony, a small bathroom, and a corridor.
